Who we are

Sonnet Capital is operated by Craig Miller through two entities: Sonnet Capital Limited (United Kingdom) and Sonnet Capital GmbH (Switzerland), both wholly owned by Craig personally. This site is a shared shopfront for both.

What this site collects

This site does not run a contact form, newsletter sign-up, or analytics tracker of its own. If you email us, call us, or book a call through Calendly, we hold whatever information you choose to give us in that exchange — your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your company — for as long as it’s useful to the conversation, and no longer than that.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics we add later may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type, used only to keep the site running and understand traffic in aggregate.

Booking a call

Scheduling runs through Calendly, a third-party service with its own privacy policy governing the details you enter there.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t use it for anything beyond the conversation you started.
• We don’t share it with Sonnet Advisors or any other entity without asking you first.

Your rights

Under UK and Swiss data protection law, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email info@sonnetcapital.com and we’ll deal with it directly — no automated process to navigate.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
